Plasma (Fibroblast) Treatment Deposit

We require a £50 deposit/booking fee to confirm and secure your appointment...
 
Failure to pay the deposit/booking fee upto 72 hours after booking your appointment, will result in the appointment being cancelled..
 
All deposits and booking fees are non refundable, but are fully transferable to another date if you contact us with a minimum of 72 hours prior to your treatment date..
 
If you cancel or move your appointment within the 72 hour period prior to your appointment date a 50% fee will be charged..
 
If you fail to attend  your appointment, this deposit will not be able to be refunded or be moved to another date and will result in loss of this non refundable deposit/booking fee...
 
If you are unable to attend to your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so waiting clients can be then offered the appointment time and a new appointment can be made for you...
